Every project we work on begins with us listening to what it is you would like to achieve from your new system, whether that be a complete smart home, a home cinema or distribution of music throughout your home. Find out more about our installation services here.

This conversation can be as technical or as open ended as you like. We’re experts in designing systems from a wish list of what you would like to happen, even if you have no idea of how that can be achieved.

If you currently have a system that isn’t working for you, we can undertake an audit of your system & marry it with what you’d like to achieve.

Meeting one of the Circle Automation team couldn’t be easier, drop into our showroom for a chat or we can come to you to discuss your plans.

Once we have an idea of what you want, and our team have an understanding of the systems you already have in place, a proposal will be created for you to review. At this stage we will advise on the different brands we work with, from speakers to home cinema screens and home control systems and why we think each one is suited to your particular needs.

After the initial proposal is agreed, we will provide a budgetary proposal. At this stage, changes and alterations can be made to ensure you get the best system for your budget.

The next step is for us to produce our layout and schematic drawings for review by your main contractor or yourself. Throughout the process we will keep the rest of your build team informed as there is usually a large degree of coordination required.

We have expert mechanical and electrical designers, as well as audio visual and lighting specialists. Every home cinema we install starts with technical design to ensure both visual and sound quality are to the highest standard.

And then it’s down to the installation, followed by the commissioning of the new system. We do a lot of the build work in our workshop, where we can ensure a clean and controlled environment; this also creates as little disruption to your site as possible.

Our engineers are members of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and we are ISO 9001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to quality installations.

Now for the really exciting part – when your system is ready to go we will show you how to use it and provide a user guide for you to follow. This ensures that you have a quick reference point to refer to when we have left the site, as its usually inevitable you’ll forget how to do something – even though all our systems have been designed to be user friendly and intuitive.

We offer support and maintenance packages to ensure you get the most out of your system throughout the year.  This is what really sets us apart from other installation companies; you’re never on your own, we will always help you if you need a hand doing something, from power cycling iPads to getting your Wi-Fi back up and running if there has been a loss in the connection.
